This visit is all about you. We are here to support your wellness needs and help you reach your health goals. Our approach is one of disease and illness prevention and understanding the root cause.
In these visits, we will take the time to develop a personalized wellness strategy and help you on your journey to health.

Starting March 18, 2020 the following fee schedule will apply:
Hourly Rate for all appointments, phone calls and emails: $120.
Phone call and email: prorated at 10-minute intervals
E.g. 10 minute phone call = $20
30 minute phone call = $60
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of each visit. Visits are based on time spent with patient and complexity of visit and are subject to change accordingly.

Cancellation policy

Please call 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. If appointment is cancelled after 24 hours in advance, there is a $50 late cancellation fee per appointment. Thank you.
