Botanical medicine or Herbal medicine refers to the use of plants as medicine. It is one of the oldest and safest forms of medicine. Many cultures have developed their unique traditions in herbal medicine, from which we benefit today. Many of these traditions have used the whole plant though research today favors single chemical compounds. Time and time again, we are welcomed to the realization that nature's healing power is in the balance and whole sense, less so in the single parts and the single active ingredient. Let this remind us that health involves the whole human being, rather than the well-being of a single part.

Herbal medicines are used in a variety of forms including capsule, teas, tinctures, powders, topical applications, and plant extracts. It is a gentle yet powerful way to soothe your pain, support your immune system, and help you on the path to recovery.
